You can include event details such as date, time, and location, a photo gallery, an RSVP form, a countdown timer, a guestbook for messages from friends and family, a hero header or a slideshow on top, birthday girl’s story, important life moments timeline, an introduction video, invitation details, and more.
How much time beforehand should I order from you the design and development of my Sweet Sixteen website?
For optimal results, we recommend placing your Sweet Sixteen website order at least three months prior to your event. This ensures ample time for you to provide us with all necessary details and allows you for sufficient time to share the website with your guests.
Can I ask for a customized design of my website?

Can I have my own personalized domain name?

Backdrop banners (also known as step-and-repeat banners, are typically used as a background for press releases, tradeshows, red-carpet events, photo shoots, Sweet Sixteen, weddings, grand openings, and school proms. These banners usually contain either brand logos, and event sponsors or a theme designed on the background image.
Do you design and print the Sweet Sixteen invintation card?
We ONLY design your invitation card, but you can print it at any local print shop.

Can I add custom name in invitations?
Yes! Please fill in all the necessary form fields that you will find in each product.
When will I receive my files?
{ Personalized Digital Orders } For all Personalized orders, the file will be emailed (your account email address) within 24-48 hours with all information submitted by you. You are responsible for all the invitation details you provide (names, church name & address, venue name & address, RSVP name & phone number). Nothing will be shipped.
{ Instant Downloads } are Instantly emailed to you upon completion of purchase. There is no wait time for these files. Please check your spam folder and then email us ( shop@arcdestudio.com ) if you do not receive the files within minutes of purchase.
{ Printing Orders } There are NO print orders because we DO NOT print. We only design. All our products are downloadable and ready to print. You can print it at home (print at home file) or at any local print shop (print at print shop file). Choose the one you prefer.
Why does the color look different from what my file when I print it?
Please be aware that color variations will happen due to the many variables involved such as computer monitor, quality of printer/ink used as well as the many different types of paper.
– ALL Monitors display in RGB color and Printing is in CMYK color.
– RGB Color: red, green, and blue. The main purpose of the RGB color model is for the display of images in electronic systems, such as televisions, phones, and computers. You will find that RGB previews better, brighter colors on your monitor/device because these devices display in RGB.
– CMYK is the color mode the print industry uses which is why you may see a shift in color from a monitor FILE to a finished printed piece. The Print Industry can NOT print in RGB.
All our files are designed in CMYK, 300dpi.
Can I cancel my Order?
Personalized Digital Orders
This includes any purchase that requires a file to be emailed to you (i.e. orders that require personalizing) MAY be canceled before you receive the PDF print file. If the file has already been sent, NO REFUND will be received.
Instant Downloads are NON-REFUNDABLE. These Orders are purchased AS IS with NO CHANGES and are Instantly Emailed to you. *You must CONTACT Design Shop before purchase if you would like to request changes to an AS IS File as there may or may not be additional fees for alterations.
